We can accommodate large and small production runs and we love helping customers find the best packaging solutions for their products. We have several different packaging options in stock as well as established relationships with suppliers throughout the country.

One of our current customers has several different container sizes for packing their material. We are currently blending and packaging a dry powder into bulk bags at 500kg, paper bags at 40 pounds, boxes at 25 pounds, and heat sealed pouches at 6.5 ounces each.

Another customer has a unique blend of salt, herbs and spices. We are packaging their special recipe in various different size spice jars as well as heat sealable pouches.

We can package anything from a 35 gram spice pouch or jar to a 40 pound paper bag or 500kg bulk bag. We have a wide range of capabilities and can help you determine the best food packaging solution, based on your needs.

Packaging Equipment

Filler

Ideal for packaging small pouches or jars, the ALLFILL Model B-350e Auger Filler is 304 stainless steel made for dispensing powders, granules and liquids with a filling accuracy of +/- 0.5%.

Bagging System

When it comes to bulk bags up to 2,000 pounds, all the way down to a 5 pound pail, our JEM Bagging System with a 90J pinch bottom closer is a complete packaging system that is able to weigh and package material into bulk bags, drums, paper bags, or pails. This system is a twin auger filler which provides consistent and accurate weights.

Bag Sealer

We can seal open mouth multiwall bags with our Stonepak 90J series pinch bottom bag sealer which activates the pre-applied hot melt adhesive, folds the top flap against the face of the bag, and compresses to set the closure – providing a strong, attractive package.

Unloader

We can process bulk bags, drums, pails, paper bags, and small heat sealed pouches with our Hapman Bulk Bag unloader. With all contact surfaces in stainless steel, it provides our customers with the option of purchasing raw materials in bulk to save money and reduce waste.

Continuous Band Sealer

The Technopack Stainless Steel Continuous Band Sealer is used for sealing pouches as well as providing a continuous conveyor for printing lot numbers and best by information on packages.
